Beneath the iconic plane tree at the heart of Maroneia.
In the cobbled heart of a Thracian village, our tables are set in the shade of a great plane tree. Recipes handed down through generations, olive oil pressed nearby, wine from the hills — a quiet welcome, and time slowed to the rhythm of the leaves above.

Χρηματοδότηση
Με τη συγχρηματοδότηση τουΕλληνικό Δημόσιο και της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης (ΕΚΤ+ - ΕΣΠΑ 2021-2027), η επιχείρηση μας εντάχθηκε στο ολοκληρωμένο πρόγραμμα ενίσχυσης της νέας επιχειρηματικότητας για ανέργους ηλικίας 18-29 ετών, με έμφαση στις γυναίκες και στην ψηφιακή και πράσινη οικονομία για τη νέα επιχειρηματικότητα. Μέσω της δράσης, επενδύσαμε σε σύγχρονο εξοπλισμό, ψηφιακά εργαλεία και πράσινες πρακτικές, δημιουργώντας μια βιώσιμη και οικολογική επιχείρηση εστίασης.
